GITI CARE PLUS ASSURANCE
Giti assures your choice with a special warranty policy to provide a trouble-free driving experience full-confidence driving with Giti Tires, and now, when you put on a set of Giti tires on your vehicle, you can be confident that your tires have been put through one of the most rigorous and comprehensive quality control systems in the industry.
The Giti Care Plus Assurance is applicable for 3 months from the date of purchase or ≧5mm remaining tread depth, whichever comes first. It is applicable on all Giti Tire branded passenger tires only. It is only applicable on purchases from authorised Giti Tire Singapore dealers. This policy does not supersede the existing warranty policy for manufacturing defects. This policy is applicable in addition to the existing warranty policy for a limited period of 5 years.
- • For every purchase of at least two (2) eligible tires of the same size and pattern, the customer is entitled to the program which they can enjoy all applicable benefits of the program.
- • This specific warranty policy is only applicable for all Giti Tire and GT Radial branded passenger tires.
- • Tire has to be purchased from authorised Giti Tire Singapore dealers. Refer to the customer listing at https://www.giti.com.sg/dealer-locator
- • Tire puncture repair will be repaired at no cost
- • The customer will be provided with the option of 1-for-1 tire replacement, in the event of non-repairable damage
- • The customer shall return to the location that sold the tires for the exchange
- • No cash compensation will be provided under any conditions
- • Labour charges are not included for the tire replacement
EXCLUSION / NOT ELIGIBLE FOR GITI CARE PLUS ASSURANCE:
- • Improper mounting and dismounting of the tire, imbalance of tire and wheel
- • Wrong or improper repair
- • Under-inflation, over-inflation, or improper tire maintenance
- • Mechanical irregularity in vehicle or such as wheel or axle misalignment resulting in irregular wear, rapid wear, damages to under-tread, carcass, or steel belts;
- • Tires used in competition/ motorsports like drifting and the likes
- • Tires used in wrong application (on-road tire used for off-road purposes)
- • Tires fitted with incompatible, rims or wheels
- • Improper storage
- • Tires bought second hand
- • Accidents, tire alteration, or vandalism
- • Tires purchased from unauthorised channels or dealers
- • Tires used on vehicles for commercial purposes or public utility including but not limited to taxi, private hire, or car rental services
- • Aging caused by improper storage and weather-related damage eg. Lightning strike.
- • External damage in contact with chemicals and sparks from welding works.
- • Loss of life, injuries, and vehicle damage.
ADDITONAL TERMS & CONDITION:
Giti Care Plus Assurance is applicable to customers who have completed the registration process within 14 days from the date of purchase.
To activate the Giti Care Plus Assurance, customers or Giti dealers should register online at https://giti.com.sg/tireregistration. The following information will be needed:
- i. Complete Name of Vehicle Owner
- ii. Contact Number/s
- iii. Email Address
- iv. Giti Tire Singapore Dealer Details
- v. Vehicle Details
- vi. Tire Details
- vii. Digital copy of Proof of Purchase (Sales Invoice or Official Receipt)
